Through my sessions, I take a non-pathologising, collaborative approach — working with you to develop an integrated plan that supports your therapeutic goals and your desire to express yourself more authentically.

I often draw on practices such as Mindfulness, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Sensorimotor Psychotherapy (SP), and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), tailoring each session to meet your unique needs.

    Our initial sessions will be dedicated to understanding you from the perspective of your narrative, your struggles, limitations, strengths and achievements including your overall wellbeing for a comprehensive assessment including psychological, emotional, physical and mental health.

    Your presenting problems, personal history, relationships, self view, view of others and view of the world will help identify and formulate a treatment plan that aligns with your ambitions and goals.

    I take into account your unique way of learning, processing and level of comfort as we work together through your struggles to meet your desired goals.

    Ongoing assessment of your progress and the effect each session has on your nervous system will help more closely match what you need to improve your life rather than fit into a generic treatment plan.

    The Body-Mind-Spirit-Heart Approach is a combination of a number of different theoretical approaches to help create  healing at all levels of your being. Each system is part of your whole being and therefore important for your growth.

    We work together to create a bridge between where you are now and where you want to be.
